Hello everyone,

I recently won a 2023 Brinkley Z3100 Toy Hauler RV on hopeautosalesinc.com and I’m trying to figure out how the warranty works.

Does the manufacturer warranty transfer automatically to the new owner?
And if not, what kind of coverage does Hope Auto Sales provide?

Also curious how others’ experiences have been with RV or vehicle wins on this platform.

Hi Michael, congratulations on your win!

Here is how the warranty works:

If the RV still has an active manufacturer warranty, it is fully transferable to the new owner

If the factory warranty is expired or not applicable, Hope Auto Sales provides: 10,000 miles OR 6 months coverage (whichever comes first).

I can confirm the process is pretty straightforward.

I won a 2019 Ford F-150 Lariat last month. Truck was exactly as described, no mechanical issues, and title transfer was clean.

No hidden surprises at pickup either.

I actually bought a 2021 Grand Design Reflection 295RL fifth wheel through Hope Auto Sales earlier this year.

Everything matched photos. Appliances worked, slides were smooth, and I’ve been living in it full-time since purchase.

The 6-month coverage gave me peace of mind even though I didn’t end up needing it.

Just to clarify for all users:

Manufacturer warranties transfer if active and eligible

If not active, Hope Auto Sales coverage applies (10,000 miles / 6 months)

All RV, truck, and trailer purchases follow the same policy structure

VIN verification is completed prior to pickup for full transparency

Adding my experience too — I won a 2017 Keystone Montana High Country 381TH fifth wheel.

Honestly impressed with condition. A few cosmetic marks, but mechanically solid. Support team was responsive when I had questions about transport.
